The 2024 Pleasantville Block Party is scheduled to take place on Saturday, September 21, (Rain date of Saturday, September 28) Food Vendors can choose to set up on Washington or Wheeler Avenues. Vendors selling alcohol Wheeler Avenue only.
FOOD VENDORS: If you are selling food please register with a Westchester County Board of Health. At the day of the event, you must display a Board of Health Certificate for the Board of Health inspector. If you do not have a certificate, the Board of Health inspector will not allow you to sell and ask you to shut down.
ALCOHOL VENDORS: If you are selling alcohol, you will need to submit an application to the NYS Liquor Authority ASAP and August 16th to receive a permit in time for September 21st. We will need a copy of your liquor license and the NYSLA special event permit. Please send your permit to PvilleChamberEvents@gmail.com
INSURANCE CERTIFICATE: Please submit the required insurance certificate naming the Pleasantville Chamber of Commerce and the Village of Pleasantville as additionally insured.

Workers Comp Policy: Vendors are required to provide a copy of their Workers Comp policy. If a vendor doesn’t have any employees email stating that you’re self-employed and don’t have employees, we will send a waiver form to complete and forward back to PvilleChamberEvents@gmail.com
