Vendors

Chamber members are encouraged to send their completed vendor application form, Dept. of Health permit (if required) and Insurance Certificate to Chamber by September 1st deadline.

Food Vendors

Please provide us with a Westchester County DOH permit required to serve prepared food.

Vendors serving alcohol must provide us with the special event permit.

All vendors are required to provide an insurance certificate indemnifying the Village of Pleasantville and the Pleasantville Chamber of Commerce for 1M and send to info@pleasantvillechamber.com.

If your business has a workers comp insurance policy, please email a copy. If it doesn’t, email info@pleasantvillechamber.com stating that you’re self-employed and don’t have employees.

 

Vendors must be present on site for set up no later than 12pm on the day of the event. All displays must stay up and running until end of the event.

Full event rules and details will be sent out with confirmation of vendor form.
